Jeannie spent 21 years with Siemens before starting her leadership consulting business called Practice of Positivity Corporation. Since she launched her company in 2019, Jeannie has led small and large companies through her unique and challenging G.R.I.T. Leadership programs and training, where she and her husband Steve Sanders lead clients through leadership seminars and outside challenges with a military flare. The G.R.I.T Programs are designed to take people out of their comfort zones for tremendous growth in life and career. The company and the duo have been recognized on Las Vegas Fox 5 LIVE, radio, and local organizations such as the Henderson Chamber of Commerce. Jeannie began her career at Siemens in 1998.  After calling on top utility customers, she returned to Siemens’ corporate offices where she led US Sales Operations, reporting to the President of Energy Sales. During her time in sales, Sanders was the Chairman of the Siemens Energy Women’s Resource Group, the Siemens Energy Diversity Council and the National Women’s Resource Group.  Externally, she held leadership positions as a member of University of Maryland’s - Women in Engineering Advisory Board and was also a facilitator at Orlando’s House of Hope - home for healing teens – where she was the creator and instructor of her “Personal and Professional Life Skills Program". Due to her exemplary diversity leadership for Siemens Energy, Sanders was invited to participate in Siemens’ Chief Diversity Officer leadership program with the Siemens CEO in Singapore and India. Later in her career, due to her successes in hiring Junior Military Officers into the Sales Development Program, Jeannie was invited to speak at the White House and featured in the WSJ.  Jeannie shared her success stories in the East Wing of the White House with Joining Forces leaders, which was led by Michelle Obama.  It was during that visit to Washington, D.C., Jeannie was asked by Siemens leadership to take on a new role, where she was responsible for strategic relationships with Siemens partner universities. And for that work, she has been recognized as a global expert in talent development programs. Jeannie has been a guest lecturer and spoken to thousands of students at over 30 colleges and universities across the US including Stanford, Texas A&M, UF, UCF, and Cal Poly. Jeannie continues to lead women’s leadership initiatives in the corporate sector across a global platform for some of todays largest companies through Practice of Positivity. Jeannie is based in Nevada with her husband Steve. Together they share three kids, two pekingese dogs and one adventurous, and fun-filled life!

Sabine is a mother to two brilliant and adventurous children, Miguel (5) and Josephine (3). As a parent, Sabine has made it her mission to enrich Miguelito and Fini’s lives with the same love of culture and the arts that has carried Sabine through her own career. They love exploring all the wonderful programs that are available on the Upper East Side and around New York City. Sabine has extensive experience working in both the arts and banking, focusing on PR and Client relations over the last 20 years with companies such as ECD International, St. Moritz Art Masters, and Wolfgang Roth and Partners Fine Art, on Art Basel and other projects. In banking, she has served as Marketing and Communications Manager at ABN AMRO Private Bank, and at Family Office International in both Dubai and the UK. Currently, Sabine works independently as an Art Advisor and Marketing Specialist. When she’s not doing all that, Sabine is giving back to her community: raising funds for her children’s preschool and causes that matter most to her: the American Austrian Association, the New York Chapter of Viennese Kunsthistoriche Austrian Museum, and the Neue Gallery on 5th Avenue, to name a few. To say that she is committed to her career, children, and community would be an understatement, and that is what makes Sabine an EverReady Mom.
